I've been looking over a poll I sent out a little while ago, and one of the things that came up was that people did not know what Lugnasad Divination was. I was a tiny bit surprised to say the least but I guess its one of those things that I'll have to bring to light and explain.

So, I shall try and explain it to the best of my abilities, though I think that if my partner chipped into explain this, it'll be a lot easier! And if you don't know who my partner is, SHAME ON YOU!

Lugnasad Divination is a roleplay between me and *ObloquyCondemed which was started around 5-6 years ago. In the beginning, it was a nameless roleplay, set in the medieval/fantasy world, with a group founded on Neopets.com. Somehow, from that group, me and my partner decided to do one on one roleplaying, and that is what we've been doing since then. Though by then we had expanded it to one of those mystical genres where magic is present.

The original characters at the time were: Cassandra, Minerva, Blitz, Kyosuma and Gene. Since then however, we've expanded and now have a whole new cast of characters, three-four main kingdoms, and even our own world called Gaea.

It was only a year ago that *ObloquyCondemed found a name for the roleplay created from the pagan world and how it can be seen to relate to our roleplay, that it was named. It seemed, that since it was named, that things have become more serious. With character profiles being written up and their historys being formed it was only a matter of time before we decided to make a leap.

Whilst both doing English subjects and wanting to carry on with the series, I suggested that perhaps we should begin to write it as an official novel. Both parties have agreed to this, so when we do manage to piece everything together, we'll let you know.
